Tofu Scramble
Spicy tofu - 1 box
Turmeric (kurkuma) - 1/4 tsp
Tomato - 2 big
Onion - 1 small
Salt
Green onion, 2 big stems.
Fry onions, then add tomatoes, then break and add tofu.
Tips:
Fry tomatoes for some time to extract the juice.
It's easier to break tofu with hands than with fork or something.
Salt the tomatoes before frying. It makes them juicier.
