# Tofu Scramble

* Spicy tofu - 1 box
* Turmeric (kurkuma) - 1/4 tsp
* Tomato - 2 big
* Onion - 1 small
* Salt
* Green onion, 2 big stems.

Fry onions, then add tomatoes, then break and add tofu.

Tips:

* Fry tomatoes for some time to extract the juice.
* It's easier to break tofu with hands than with fork or something.
* Salt the tomatoes before frying. It makes them juicier.
