- Spicy tofu - 1 box
- Turmeric (kurkuma) - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato - 2 big
- Onion - 1 small
- Green onion, 2 big stems.
Fry onions, then add tomatoes, then break and add tofu.
- Fry tomatoes for some time to extract the juice.
- It's easier to break tofu with hands than with fork or something.
- Salt the tomatoes before frying. It makes them juicier.
