Tofu Scramble

  • Spicy tofu - 1 box

  • Turmeric (kurkuma) - 1/4 tsp

  • Tomato - 2 big

  • Onion - 1 small

  • Salt

  • Green onion, 2 big stems.

Fry onions, then add tomatoes, then break and add tofu.

Tips:

  • Fry tomatoes for some time to extract the juice.

  • It's easier to break tofu with hands than with fork or something.

  • Salt the tomatoes before frying. It makes them juicier.
