- Potatoes - 4-5.
- Onion - 1 small.
- Preheat oil.
- Add chopped potatoes.
- Mix every 4-5 minutes.
- After ~10 minutes add chopped onion and salt.
- Cook for ~10 more minutes.
- Don't put the lid on. With the lid on you are boiling it, not frying.
- Put a lot of oil!
- High heat!
- Don't mix too often! Every 4-5 minutes at most.
- Don't put too much on the skillet. Only enough to cover it + a bit more.
- Need to dice potatoes as uniformly as possible.
